Give Theme Park Engineers a Thrill

For the past two years, the Theme Park Engineering Group (TPEG) has sent a team to represent Auburn University at the Ryerson Invitational Thrill Design Competition – a multidisciplinary competition held in Orlando, Florida. 

The first year, Auburn engineering students placed second overall and won first place in two individual challenges. The second year, Auburn's team again won first place in an individual challenge.

Help us continue this trend of representing Auburn to the best of its abilities by helping us raise funds to cover registration and lodging fees for students who want to compete.

Every year, Ryerson University in Ontario, Canada organizes this engineering and design competition for students interested in joining the themed entertainment industry. The Ryerson Invitational Thrill Design Competition is one of the most prominent competitions in North America for students interested in the themed entertainment industry. The competition is hosted in Orlando, Florida by Universal Parks and Resorts.
