Support Minority Students in Natural Resources and Agriculture

Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences (or MANRRS) is a national organization of students and professionals of all racial and ethnic groups who participate in agriculture and natural resource-related careers.

The organization provides professional development for minorities and serves as a springboard for entry and advancement in careers in their chosen field where they otherwise could be lost in the sheer numbers and established connections of mainstream counterparts.

Through its network, MANNRS provides student members with many opportunities, including leadership development activities, job readiness training, internship placement, networking events and professional mentorship. Additionally, it promotes the free exchange of ideas between student and professional members at other organizations and institutions.

Our Auburn Chapter is a small group that wants to do BIG things! Help us:

  • Recruit to build our membership with materials that effectively deliver our message at recruitment events
  • Participate in new and innovative educational programs and initiatives to broaden our creative thought and knowledge base
  • Hone our professional skill sets to stand out in a crowded field by attending career development conferences and mentorship programs

Your gift to the Auburn University MANRRS Chapter will help us engage new members and reach greater heights in our collective educational and professional careers.

Thank you, and War Eagle!
