Tiger Giving Day is over, but you can still give to the Auburn University Singers here.
Help support the next 50 years of Auburn’s greatest tradition!
The Auburn University Singers is a highly selective, audition-based show choir of 42 singers, 12 instrumentalists and two technical personnel.
Currently, the group is in need of new risers, costumes and membership-dues coverage.
The risers we dance on are our most crucial piece of equipment and we are in need of replacements. The ones we currently dance on are 14 years old, and the years of constant usage have taken their toll. The unique constraints of our choir room also force us to make a custom order for our risers, as the more common options will not fit in our floor space.
We are also in need of new costumes as well as costume repairs. No two singers are the same, which makes it necessary to order new costumes, as well as have adjustments for old ones, so every man and woman in singers may look their best on stage. Please help us continue to have Auburn’s most amazing choir for years to come!
Finally, we need assistance for covering Singer’s membership dues. We hold the strong belief that no one should be prevented from joining singers due to financial constraint. If someone cannot afford to join singers, we take it upon ourselves to cover the membership costs. However, years of financially assisting students have drained our dedicated reserves, and we ask for your help to assist us so no Singer is left behind.
We take pride in our motto of remaining Fearless and True and representing Auburn University to its highest caliber. With 50 years of success, we hope to continue to give the gift of service and ambassadorship for years to come.
Thank you and War Eagle!
