Gear Up with the Equestrian Club

The Auburn Western Equestrian Club is dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing and performance of both our members and our equine partners. And with a Tiger Giving Day goal of $10,000 for updated equipment, we aim to ensure the sustainability and success of our program for years to come!

Frequent practice sessions are integral to our team's success, but they also necessitate regular replacement of saddles, pads, pants, boots, and more. Properly fitted gear is essential not only for the comfort of horses in our care, but also for their overall health and performance.

Additionally, outfitting our human team with appropriate attire is crucial for maintaining a competitive edge. A lack of adequate clothing options poses a challenge for our team members during competitions. Sharing garments due to wear and tear, or insufficient availability, compromises both comfort and professionalism.

Replenishing our team's show closet is essential to ensure that every member can compete with confidence, without the added stress of individually sourcing items like suede chaps (typically priced around $300) or show shirts (often exceeding $60).

By investing in the replenishment of our team's equipment and attire, we not only enhance the representation of Auburn University, but also position ourselves for greater success throughout the southeast region.
